All estimates we provide are based on the information available at the time of the site visit or consultation. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work starts. Prices can change if the scope of work changes — we’ll always notify you and get your approval before doing anything that costs more than agreed.
We do our best to stick to agreed timelines. Occasionally, material availability, weather, or circumstances outside our control can cause delays. If that happens, we’ll communicate with you as early as possible. We don’t charge extra for delays caused by factors outside the client’s control.

Payment terms are outlined in your project estimate and agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due on completion. We accept the payment methods outlined in your individual agreement.
We stand behind our work. Our installations are covered by a workmanship warranty as specified in your project agreement. Material warranties are passed through from the manufacturer. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of use, lost profits, or damage to property not directly caused by our work.
